At Noena, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders to customers in the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any available free shipping offers will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
