Returns Policy – US Orders

We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and original clear garment packaging, including the SKU label when applicable.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The return window starts on the day tracking shows the order as delivered.

Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

For split-package orders, the return window begins from the delivery date of the final package.

Items returned without meeting the above conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error, defective item, or damaged item.

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the returned package to process your return. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates / lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Open-package wholesale orders

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at saulius.noena@gmail.com with your order number, full name, email address used for the order, and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address by email. Items must be returned by post.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the return to process the refund.
